Innovative Poultry Solutions, LLC was formed in 2014 to provide poultry producers with science-based solutions to solve challenges facing the poultry industry.
Our primary focus is the design, manufacturing and implementation of automated hatching egg sanitization equipment. Our patent-pending hatching egg treatment process provides an innovative means to meet the need for a safe and effective method of sanitizing hatching eggs.

Craig Coufal, Ph.D.
President
Craig serves as President of Innovative Poultry Solutions. He has worked as a faculty member at the Texas A&M University Department of Poultry Science since 2008. Prior to this, he worked on the poultry science faculty at Mississippi State University. More than 10 years of research and development have gone into optimizing the egg sanitization process and equipment that is the basis of our business. Craig has been involved with poultry production and the poultry industry for more than 20 years. Our business has partnered with a local engineering and manufacturing firm in College Station, Texas, to produce customized equipment to meet the customer’s need.
